I give Kristie Len Travel Agency a star 5 PLUS!  10 star would better describe my experience with the agency and my agent, Melissa!  Melissa Alvarado is my "go to" agent, and she has worked with me on many trips and getaways.  Her work is a Star 10!  Outta the park with details, arranging everything, helping me with extra requests.........she goes over and beyond! If I could give Kristielen Travel 100 stars, I would. This was my first trip to Mexico and my first time using a travel agent, so naturally, I was a bit nervous--kind of like a chihuahua on espresso. But Kristie prepared me from start to finish on what to expect along with providing me with a guide, video clips, explanations, and answers to all of my 10 million questions. I was very comfortable when I arrived in Mexico because of all of the detailed information she provided. The hotel (Majestic Elegance) was the perfect recommendation and because of her connections I even got upgraded to an oceanfront room. I felt like VIP royalty! Thanks to Kristie, I returned home with a tan, a few extra pounds from all the delicious food, and memories that I'll be bragging about for years. If you're thinking about a trip, don't even hesitate--let Kristielen make your travel dreams come true. You'll be planning your next trip before you even finish unpacking! I contacted this agency due to all of the positive reviews, and am glad I did. I'm no expert at planning site-seeing vacations, an am grateful Christy Cortez helped me with a trip to the Grand Canyon. She helped me find the perfect tour to fit my needs. I wish there were 10 stars to give to Lisa Worster!   We should have used her knowledge and guidance before attempting to plan our own trip with another couple.  Lisa found the GLOBUS Italian Mosaic trip that tours in every place we ever hoped to see in Italy in 13 days.  The hotels are far better than what we were looking to book.  We canceled everything after we spoke / messaged/ emailed to Lisa.  She presented many options and we selected the one that we loved the best.  The pricing is incredible and we're getting so much!   No more trying to piece a dream vacation by ourselves when we have Lisa!   Did I mention how patient she was ?!   We will use her for all future travel needs. Thank you , Nelle and Mike

Mackenzie Lowry at KristieLen Travel made selecting a destination, choosing a resort, and booking our honeymoon quick and easy! She did all the tedious work and gave us a short, simple, bulleted to-do list of what we needed to do on our end. LOVED THAT! Mackenzie was punctual about sending reminders, keeping us updated, and even sent me a reminder to check in to our flight (bride brain to the max!). Mackenzie was readily available whenever I had questions and checked in on us on our travel days to make sure we were all set. We cannot wait to book all future vacations with Mackenzie Lowry at KristieLen Travel! The resort we decided on, Unico 20 87, was amazing! As soon as we got there we were greeted with a refreshing, non-alcoholic drink. I could not get enough of it! I had at minimum 5 a day (some with a splash of vodka ) They had candles for us to smell to select which scent we would like diffused in our room. So neat and loved this detail! When we were escorted to the room, they had his & her beach hats for us that we later took to the pool are and had personalized. Such a sweet souvenir that I will cherish forever. Arranging excursions and spa services was simple and quick! We told our local host what we wanted to do and how far we were willing to travel away from the resort and he brought back many choices. It was hard to choose! The food was absolutely delicious, both Reid and I can be picky eaters but they had SO many options. We ate at all 4 restaurants, the Mexican and Japanese restaurants were our favorites! The resort's app made it SO easy to request room service, look at all of the restaurant menus ahead of time, make reservations at the restaurants, and order room service. Room service was never longer that 20-30 minutes - loved that! We cannot wait to go back! Thank you so much for your recommendation, Mackenzie! Unico was the perfect spot for our honeymoon!

This was my first time using a travel agency, and I was impressed from beginning to end. The personalized attention to detail and patience with all my indecisiveness was amazing. We used KristieLen travel for our honeymoon. Being a millennial myself I thought travel agents were out dated but boy was I wrong. Kristie was a delight to work with and is available 24/7. Literally 4 hours before our 5am flight was supposed to leave DFW, American Airlines cancelled the flight. Kristie was on the phone with us at 2 am trying to rebook us. Once we got to Antigua everything ran perfectly. The room was perfect, the resort was perfect, the beach was perfect and everything couldn't have run more smoothly once we got there. Like every great vacation, neither my wife nor I wanted to leave. We will be using her agency again for our next trip.
