Needed a trip focusing on WW2 and a friend recommended Shanna. She is an absolute godsend. We have never found anyone that can make anything happen. From the very beginning she went over budget, routing, accessing area of Europe and the best method. She met with us and walked us through our itinerary, how to look for the trains and said call anytime. It did not matter if we called at 11 PM or 2 AM she answered! My friends and I loved our Royal Caribbean Cruise vacation. Thanks to the ever efficient Melissa Alvarado, we saved a ton of money AND got a room upgrade! There was something for everyone to see and do on and off the ship. We have booked Cabo San Lucas and Spain with Lisa Worster at KristieLen Travel. Lisa was fantastic in helping us get a specific hotel in Cabo and getting our transfers. In Spain she booked all of our hotels in Barcelona,Madrid and Valencia, organized our trains and booked GREAT excursions! Lisa Worster was my travel agent from Kristie Len Travel. Lisa did an awesome job of finding tour groups that were small and manageable. When traveling she would check on me to make sure I made all my travel transfers. She knew that as a senior citizen I felt insecure about traveling in a foreign country.
